HSC is a member of North Eastern Pennsylvania Soccer Association for Youth (NEPSAY), centered in Scranton.  NEPSAY is a traveling, recreational league and HSC abides by their rules and regulations.  The HSC philosophy is simple:  teach players basic soccer skills and fundamentals in a manner that promotes sportsmanship, teamwork and discipline in an atmosphere of fun competition.  HSC does not have try-outs, selected players, or all-star teams.  HSC stresses good behavior from its players, coaches, parents and fans.  HSC depends heavily on volunteers to help run our program.  HSC also hosts our annual soccer camp in the summer, facilitates coach and referee training courses, and organizes fundraising projects.  HSC NEEDS YOUR HELP!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Current Board Officers:                                                                                                                                                        Brian Simon - President                                                                                                                                                          Jose Inga - Vice President                                                                                                                                                  Samantha Hocker - Treasurer                                                                                                                                           Dana Wolfengerg - Secretary
